The tower body is made of Q355B high-strength steel and is treated with a full-process hot-dip galvanizing process (zinc layer thickness ≥ 85μm) to form a dense anti-oxidation protective layer, which can withstand harsh environments such as coastal salt fog, acid rain, high temperature and high humidity. The wind resistance level reaches 12, the seismic fortification intensity is 8 degrees, and the service life is more than 25 years, which significantly reduces the maintenance cost of the entire life cycle.
Supporting the co-location deployment of 4G/5G communication equipment, the tower body reserves multi-dimensional equipment installation interfaces (pole/platform/feeder bracket), which can carry mainstream equipment such as microwave antennas, RRU, AAU, etc., and is compatible with MIMO multi-antenna technology. Whether it is micro-station blind spots in urban core areas (minimum floor area ≤ 2㎡), wide-area coverage in remote mountainous areas, or strip networking along highways, or emergency communications at temporary event sites, they can be perfectly integrated with the scene by flexibly combining tower sections and adjusting the foundation form (independent foundation/pile foundation/integrated counterweight base).
Standardized components are equipped with installation drawings and digital guidance systems when they leave the factory. No large lifting equipment is required. A team of 3-5 people can complete the full process deployment from foundation construction to equipment installation within 3 days.
